5. Audio Uploads, Transcription and Deletion

A core feature of Kaademi is the ability for users to upload or record audio from lectures or similar educational sessions so that transcriptions, lecture notes, and learning materials can be generated using AI.

privacyPolicy.audioUploads.when

  • privacyPolicy.audioUploads.items.processed
  • We may use third-party transcription and AI providers (e.g., cloud AI APIs) acting as processors on our behalf to perform this processing.
  • privacyPolicy.audioUploads.items.notUsed

Audio Deletion: after a transcription has been successfully generated and the resulting text content has been securely stored in your account, we aim to delete the raw audio file from our active processing systems as soon as technically possible. Generally, audio is only retained for the short period necessary to process your request and, if necessary, to retry transcription in case of technical error. privacyPolicy.audioUploads.deletionDetails

We may retain limited technical logs and metadata (such as timestamps, file sizes, error codes, and usage statistics) for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and legal purposes. These logs do not contain the full raw audio content.
